CHURCH Deliverance Seminars

Our Deliverance Seminar is designed to introduce churches/groups to the concept of deliverance ministry and to train a local deliverance and wholeness team. We come to churches of any size or even small groups (minimum twenty-five persons).

The training seminar is a three day event open to anyone in the church to attend and learn about the ministry of Deliverance. The schedule is as follows:

Friday             7-9 pm: The Foundation of Deliverance Ministry
Saturday        9 am – Noon: Deliverance Ministry Guidelines.
                    1 – 6 pm: Deliverance Ministry in Operation and Aftercare
                      7 pm: Deliverance Sessions are scheduled for those who are                                 specifically training for your Deliverance team.
Sunday Morning sermon: Spiritual Warfare
                        1 – 6 pm: Deliverance Sessions for 10 people who desire                                         deliverance and attended all the seminar sessions. Your                                         designated teams will apprentice.
                        7 pm: Inner Healing: The Path to Recovery after Deliverance with                                        Katie. Our teams will continue to do deliverance as we will                                        have time for another six people during the session.

Cost and other tedious details (for churches)

The base fee is $1500 plus a love offering taken on Sunday morning. This way our total fee is on a sliding scale according to the size of the church. Please have the check made out to Bear Creek Ranch.

Please provide a room at a moderate, clean hotel (Holiday Inn, La Quinta, Fairfield Inn, etc). All of our meals are to be provided. You can have people bring a dish to pass or brown bag it or eat out during the seminars.

The travel expenses need to be covered for Tim and me and another couple who will assist us in the deliverances. They come on their own time but also need reimbursement for travel expenses. The Team members, if they need to stay over night, can stay in people’s homes and all meals are to be provided.

We will email a flyer that you can copy and disperse to promote our Deliverance Training at your location. We will also post the event on our website. We will need the location information and a contact phone number for the flyer and the website post.

One month prior to the event we will ship a case of Tim’s book, Prophetic Deliverance. We ask that people purchase the book, available at our special conference price of $10, and read it in advance of our Seminar. It will familiarize them with our deliverance ministry so that the seminar can be a more in-depth teaching. You will be responsible to collect the book money for us.

We will bring seminar manuals with us that will contain all the outlines of information covered in the seminars. The Deliverance Seminar Training manuals will be available for $10 each. We will need a table where books and manuals can be displayed for sale.

SMALL GROUP Deliverance Seminars

For a small group who is not affiliated with any one church/several churches or house churches who wants Deliverance Team training the schedule is a three day event. The schedule is as follows:

A suitable location is secured at the cost and responsibility of the host group. A home with a large room works well. A conference room at a motel is also an option.

The cost of the seminar is $100 per person which includes a Deliverance Training Seminar manual.

There is a minimum requirement of twenty-five paid pre-registrations at least four weeks in advance in order to confirm the date and event. This is why most choose the other option so that anyone can attend and not be prevented because of the cost per person. For groups smaller than 25, consider attending our Deliverance Team Training held here in Portal, GA. See our events page for dates and details.

We will be responsible for our own travel and lodging expenses. Sometimes we deny this choice if these expenses are expected to be too high.

Retreat Speakers

Invite Katie to speak at women’s meetings or retreats. She is prepared to share her journey of Wholeness after experiencing Prophetic Deliverance and how you can pursue the Healing Path.

Tim and Katie are also prepared to speak at your Marriage Retreat or Event.

At this time, we do not have the resources to support our travel to foreign countries as a missionary trip. If you are unable to cover the costs of bringing us to you, I recommend that you try to attend one of our Deliverance Training Seminars held here or somewhere in the US.
